Mezze Platter

Mezze platters are mainstay of Middle Eastern cuisine and implies Arabic for sharing. We have picked up influences from Arabic, Greek, Turkish and Lebanese cuisines to build a perfect spread of assortments that are not too heavy or too light. Platter dips include hummus (mashed chickpeas), babaganoush (mashed roasted eggplant and sesame paste), acili ezme (hot pepper paste with walnuts) and tzatziki (Greek yogurt, cucumber, spiked with fresh dill). You'll savour these dips with za'atar pita breads and crispy lavash as well as marinated olives. This platter make a terrific party spread, too, especially when you’re going to be serving guests with a variety of dietary preferences or restrictions. Serves 3 to 4.
